Carola-Bibiane Schönlieb

Prof. Carola-Bibiane Schönlieb is an Austrian mathematician who works in image processing and partial differential equations. She is Professor of Applied Mathematics in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP) at the University of Cambridge. Carola is also the head of the Cambridge Image Analysis group (CIA) within DAMTP, as well as a Director of the EPSRC Centre for Mathematical and Statistical Analysis of Multimodal Clinic Imaging and co-leader of the IMAGES network, and Co-Director of the EPSRC Centre for Mathematics of Information in Healthcare.
